What exactly can be put in the express card slot on my 17" MBP? I've looked a bit on Apple's website and all it says is Express card/34. Please excuse my ignorance if express card and/or 34 is an actual piece of hardware or memory, but I'm unfamiliar if it is. Thanks in advance. P.S. - I'm really hoping, with the use of an adapter of course, that I'm able to put SD cards in it. :D

You can use the slot for all sorts of stuff, like a USB/Firewire hub, or in your case, a card reader.

So, will I need a certain adapter (other than a SD card extension adapter) to be able to use it in the slot?
