Which SSD Would Be Best?

Are these any good for an SSD for my MacBook (Model 5.2, Early 2009)?

dabs.com - Corsair Memory 128GB 2.5"SSD SATA-300 128MB (CMFSSD-128GBG2D)
And
dabs.com - Kingston 128Gb V Series SSD Laptop Kit (SNV125-S2BN/128)

I'm thinking of upgrading to SSD instead of a moving parts HDD, to improve speed and efficiency inside my MacBook. Also if anyone has any recommendations of SSD's above 80gb and around the price range of those 2 above, I'd appreciate them.

Out of those two, the Corsair is better spec wise.

I am not sure how these actually performed, seeing that I have never used a SSD, but right now they are all very expensive.

Those seem to be the cheapest ones I can find, too.

I would look up some reviews about both and see if they are good SSD.

There always is a 7200 RPM HD you can buy. =D

Take a look at the Intel X25-M:

It's reputed to be one of the best SSDs for the money. There's also an 80GB model, but you said you were interested in sizes above 80GB. It also has TRIM support if I'm not mistaken. However, are you sure that the MacBook can take an SSD? It probably can, but make completely certain that your laptop can support one. Also, don't skimp out on an SSD as they might degrade over time and TRIM support will help to counter that problem(if/when Mac OSX supports TRIM some day).
