OS 10.6, MacBook Pro and browser text

Hi,

Recently upgraded to the new MacBook Pro and having a few teething problems. Hope someone out there can help.

Basically, I've noticed websites I've created using CSS style sheets look really awful on latest MacBook compared to how they look on my PowerBook G4. The text seems to bulk out and often looks bold when it's actually just regular.

Anyone know how to fix this? I'm assuming there's a setting somewhere...

Could you perhaps provide a screenshot displaying the problem you're having? Here are instructions for taking a screenshot. Also, which browser are you getting the problem in?
