Adobe Bridge Help

I have recently had an interest in Bridge but I really dont know all that much about it.

I have seen it used mainly for viewing files then I guess opening and editing in PS etc..

Am I correct in saying its really only used for workflow?

It's Adobe's image organization application. Think iPhoto or Aperture without any editing features of its own. (At least I don't remember it having any.) It's primary use is to organize and store images for editing in Photoshop.

Agh sweet, I did think as much.
