System Preferences >> International >> Input Menu .. Select "Keyboard Viewer". A flag should show up in the Menu Bar. Click the flag and select Keyboard Viewer. Then hit your modifier keys (shift, option or control) to see the different characters to choose from. like shift+option+k

this seems like a dying plea from macAttack to get rating and a desperate attempted to increase post count.

Finally getting gains again, I nearly surpassed where I was 6 months ago!

My weight oddly enough is a little lower, though I look bigger

Hey Graphite. I have tried for some years but when I hit the gym although I see gains it is not noticeable in mass. My father was a track & field star throughout HS and at the USAFA and I genetically have the frame but it is just small. I am very impressed by it actually :black:. I weigh 145 but a very good 145 and although my build is good I want to gain some mass, not a lot just a little, maybe the 160 area. I have tried everything it seems but maybe my metabolism is just on speed. It has been this way for a good 7-8 years, me being at the same weight height. I am 5'10". I can't drink milk either, this has been all my life, so that is a little knock on me already but what things as far as nutrition do you think would help? In the past I have given up just because I can't get out of this swimmer's build. I even took a weight lifting class 2 years ago. HELP ME! I need some Graphite insight.

Well first of all, you need to lift for 3 weeks before you will even increase, or get back to the strength you were at the first week.

As for diet, Pizza. You should start noticing a difference in the first month, no one will even be able to tell for 2-6 months. This is not onea those things that you start and it will maintain.

You must lift atleast 3 times a week, and take in over 3000 calories. Make sure you eat chicken and take a multivitamin ... and it doesnt hurt to eat a pizza at night. At your level, if you miss even a single day it can potentially set you back an entire week. Which is very discouraging.

If you need a work out, buy my book :)

never take a 1 month break ... i feel soooo weak.. max lifts are pretty much the same, but the volume has definitely diminished, and DOMs are killer the first week
