that is not best solution for me... because I was using HTC products before (with win mo) and I have all my contacts (about 1000 contacts) with company field... so i need app which can display contacts by company name... not grouping (that is too much work)

Try Groups: Drag & drop Contacts, etc... You just add the name of the group and drag and drop it. Just search Groups under the app store and it should be the first app for $4.99
