Everytime I open itunes, it freezes for a few seconds because it starts to do the "determining gapless playback information" but it's always only doing it on the same 17 songs, and hangs on 16 or 15 and takes a few extra seconds. It does this too when I'm adding new songs to itunes. What may be causing this? any ideas how I can stop it? thanks for the help!

did you ever get this sorted? it's pissing me off no end.
It only seems to be the MP3's that i've recorded off vinyl and then only the ones that i've converted without an id tag. Itunes however does it every **** time and for the same tunes.
