Mywebsearch

Hey guys,
I unknowingly downloaded and consequently plagued myself with mywebsearch... i got it some where on facebook i think.. after some research is supposedly just for pc but its definitely on my mac and whenever im online and type something in the main seach bar it uses mywebsearch. and i hate it. i cant find anything on how to get it off though. does anyone know what to do???
