I have a powermac g4 and a g3. They are both running tiger and I was wondering what would be a good screen recorder for tiger?
It doesn't have to have a mic or anything since I will most likely record the screen on my mac and use the mic on my laptop and just combine the 2.

Powermac g4:
HD- 128gb
Ram- 1.5
800mhz

Powermac g3:
HD: 80gb
Ram: 512
350mhz

What would be a good screen recorder?

Thx in advance...

Of course I did not read the computer specs. Screenflow may not run very well on those....

go with Jing.

I've done extensive Mac screen recordings, creating DVD training series. I found Screenflow was the best of the bunch. Powerful and easy to use, great editing resources and best of all unlimited 'reverts' even after saving the edited project.

At $99 USD, it may be over-kill for your needs but it can record everything, web cam, screen and audio on the fly.... adding additional audio later is easy.

Visit Quick Start Final Landing Watch the video as it was all recorded and edited with Screenflow ... this is a old test site. (Excuse the accent, I'm an Aussie)

Test a FREE download at Telestream ScreenFlow - Overview

Camtasia has also released their Mac version and I like what I see.
