Does a Verizon usb wireless internet card work on a Macbook Air?

Cya

As I understand it, all of Verizon's cards have Mac drivers.

I think you're on the right track when you mentioned going WiFi.

Pick up a wireless router for $50 or even better an Airport Extreme Base Station. Use that for your internet connection and free up your USB port for the DVD drive.

In fact if you want to go one better either attach a USB HD to the AEBS for extra storage, wirelessly, or, while your at it, go crazy and get the Time Capsule. WiFi and 1 or 2TB of extra storage in one box.

I guess I should have made myself more clear. While I'm out of town and a wifi connection is not available should I be able to use a internet card for my connection to the internet?

I use the Verizon USB modem. There isn't anything about it that would prevent its use on the Macbook Air.

No, you were clear I got confused. There was another thread going about connecting a MBA and I posted to the wrong one. Sorry about that.
