ipod screen

Hi. I was moving through my iPod mini menu. I went from menu to playlist to a song and back to menu. When I went back to menu the screen, for a second, was split. The screen seemed to lag for a second. I admit, I was hitting the buttons pretty quickly and it seemed for a second the screen couldn't catch up.
I have come to learn that this is normal behavior.
However, after playing with the iPod a little more, I notice that occasionally, it will do this even if I am navigating normally [not hitting the buttons fast], sometime even when I first start using the iPod. Is this also normal. Thanks

do you have the most recent updates for your ipod?

I have the latest version of iPod software, and mine does the same thing.

yea i have the same thing... I dont thing the is a problem with your ipod.
