Question about go phone 3g sim card and iphone 3g

Do anyone know if a Go Phone 3G Sim card would work in a iphone 3g?

yes, but you will not have data or visual voice mail. and mms wont work

Yes it will work perfectly. MMS will also work with no hacks or work arounds. To get data to work however, you will need to use a customized carrier file. There are several around the net to use that will enable data.

The only thing that won't work is visual voicemail of course. Old thread but I couldn't leave it unanswered since the above poster was mostly wrong.
