Installing Audio Units

I have downloded a plug in setting and its installed in /Library/audio/plugins/components/. But i cannot find the plug in in the list of audio units on my software (logic)?

I've downloaded a bunch of AU plug-ins and honestly it acts weird sometimes. after installing, sometimes it would appear right away. Sometimes i had to quit the program a few times before it finally showed up.
