Every time I turn on or restart my computer iMovie opens by itself. I have no idea what's causing it or how to fix it. Any ideas?

when you right click on the application when it's in your dock, does it have a check mark beside "open at login"?

Go into Sys Prefs/Accounts/Login Items and select it in that window and click the minus below - that should sort it.

Yea, go there and see what else you have staring up.

I try to keep my start up list minimal, so the system boots faster, but i do have Mail.App and Firefox set to open & hide. Those two things i always load up right away anyway.
