Safari questions

So I am using Safari 4.0.4. On Commapp website, after I finish my application, I can click on Print Preview to see my application in printed form. When I click the Print Preview button, a pdf file supposes to pop up (it did on the PC that I tried on). However, nothing show up when I use my Safari. DO you guys now what is going on and how can I fix this ?

Your Mac's Specs
Mac Mini (Late 2014) 2.6GHz Intel Core i5 Memory: 8GB 1600MHz DDR3
Select Safari>Preferences
then click General
towards the bottom find Open "safe" files after downloading
check that

Now try.

Actually, I originally had this box checked and it still happened
