MAC and Exchange account settings

Hello,

I have a end user in another country who is currently using a MAC and Mac OS running Entourage. His email was coming in just fine until our vendor changed our email server. Now the vendor is not MAC friendly and is not offering any kind of help on this.

I am attaching three file of pictures on the settings tab in Entourage....please if anyone has set up an exchange connection through this software - please let me know how to fix this and what fields I should be putting in.

The exchange server is 2003. I have removed any information for privacy
