Hi. I'm using 10.6.2 and CCC 3.3 on a Mac Pro. I have two internal 1TB hard drives set up to Stripped 2TB RAID set with Disk Utility (to my knowledge this is equivalent to RAID 0).

Every time I try to clone this 2TB RAID set to an external 2TB USB drive (Mac OS X Extended Journaled formatting), the cloning starts and then no progress happens. CCC stays "forever" displaying the cloning message but it doesn't progress so after some time I quit the app.

One extra piece of info: I do this same clone with SuperDuper! and everything goes well but I normally have two clones and I like to have one with CCC and one with SuperDuper!.

Any ideas/suggestions to why this happens or how to solve it? Thanks.

I have no idea as to why this happens, but I might have a solution ... Continue using SuperDuper! ( because that works well as you said ) and forget about CCC.

Not quite sure I understand why you need both in the first place.

Cheers ... McBie

Sounds to me like a question for the developers of CCC.

And I see you've already posted the same question on their forum, 3 minutes prior to posting it here.
