Neither my MacBook nor my iMac recognize the Logitech headset when I plug it in (am running Snow Leopard on both). It doesn't show up in audio serrtings at all. Have tried rebooting numerous time...no joy. Is there any way to make this work?

Can we assume that the headset was recognised with the previous OS, ie. Leopard? If so, that points to a Logitech driver issue (there's nearly always a catchup somewhere). Check L'tech's website for support and driver updates.
