For some reason I recently am having an issue pinging or ssh to systems behind a vpn connection. This issue only occurs when I connect on the MAC.
I will get the following after making a VPN connection via the cisco vpn client v4.9
ping: sendto: Cannot allocate memory
I get a similar error when trying to ssh to a server.
I have noticed that after connecting, ifconfig -a does not show the assigned address the vpn appliance will provide the client.
This issue only occurs after connecting to a VPN. I tried restarting the vpn clients sub-system, no go. I installed and ran applejack, still no go.
Is there a way to rebuild the tcp/ip stack in a MAC if this is the only solution available?
Any ideas?
Thanks,
