Disk Cleanup

MBP 15 inch 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4 Gigs of ram
I did a disk clean up and it ran really slow and this is the ending result....

Whats going on here? BTW, my computer has been running really slow the past week or so. What gives?

Try cleaning out caches in Safari - even check this out then download and run this

Not sure what you're trying to do, but your screen shot shows that you're running from the hard drive and not your install DVD.

Did you try booting your machine from your install media and do a verify and repair? Repair permissions?

You might want to download and install the free OnyX program and let it do maintenance cleanup.

I also noticed that your hard drive is around 72% full. You might start thinking about either moving music and video files to an external hard drive or eventually replacing your drive with a larger one. The more full your HD gets, the slower things will run.
