Altec Lansing unveils inMotion for iPods
October 1, 2003 - 09:14 EDT Altec Lansing Technologies today announced the debut of inMotion, a portable audio system designed for the Apple iPod. The inMotion offers a compact design, extra-low battery power consumption, powerful Class D amplification, patented MaxxBass technology, and a built-in iPod dock. Other features include a headphone jack; an auxiliary input jack for connection to other audio devices such as laptops, older iPods, and other MP3 players; and built-in, flush-mounted power and volume controls. The inMotion portable audio system is priced at US$149 and is available from the Apple Store.
