Internet connection MB Pro

Hey guys, I have a macbook pro, my friend and gf both have macbooks, and they get much better internet connection than me, any ideas?

Which Macbook? The unibody/metal casing does cause some interference. Rare, but it could also be a trojan...

it has the metal casing, but it's always been weak, ever since i got it, they would pick up 10 possible connections and i would only get like 3...
