Thanks idrin! I was able to get it working 90% (the other 10% being the back/forward functions), but it will be nice to have it fully functional.

Well thats interesting...

Is Apple trying to sell peripherals to the standard Windows customers now too? Not just Apple hardware running Windows through bootcamp etc.

Or is this for the niche of people using the Magic Mouse with Apple Hardware who want to use the same mouse for everything on their Mac?

Well, it seems that this isn't an official driver for the Magic Mouse, it's just a hack to get it working until an official one is released.

Wouldn't the Bootcamp drivers work? Or is this for Windows - only folks?

My Magic Mouse works great in XP on my i5 iMac. All swipe functions seem to be working fine with the Bootcamp drivers.

Well, for me, the scrolling didn't work without following the guide that idrin posted.
