Macbook Pro keyboard stops responding after a few minutes

Starting about two hours ago my keyboard continuously stops responding after about 15 minutes of use and requires a restart to work again. The mouse and trackpad still work during this time.

The only keys that will work are the Function keys for brightness, sound, etc. All of the other keys won't work and the Caps Lock key will not light up.

This is a month old 15" MacBook Pro w/ 3.06 processor. All I have running is Adobe Illustrator when the problem starts.

Anyone else having this issue or can provide some assistance?

Well I seem to have found what is making it malfunction. If you are holding any keyboard key when starting the "save as" dialogue in Adobe Illustrator it locks up the keyboard.

I still do not know why this happens but this seems to be what starts it.
