Adium/Msn Display name

Hi,

up until yesterday everything was fine with my msn. I am using Adium as my messenger application and my email is googlemail with a .netpassport so i can use it for msn.

It has worked fine but yesterday for some reason when i signed in it simply had Mitch as my display name.
I changed it, but when i opened it again it had reverted back.

After some fiddling about i found out that whatever i changed my Live Profile first name to, this was what appeared as my Messenger Display name.

It is very frustrating and cannot find a cause.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

I am having the same exact problem!
It not diverts to my name 'Brian' instead of my custom name every time I sign in now.

I am having the same problems too it defaults to my email address
