i installed reason in my applications folder. then i wanted to run reason, i agreed to the license agreement and suddenly there was this message "running repair tool failed-terminating application now"

i also repaired the disk permissions
and it still won't work.

i also searched the internet and couldn't find a solution.

thanks in advance...

We may or may not have someone familiar with error codes for that software.

I'd suggest trying the developers site, either the support or forums area.

Your system is running OK?

Only have a problem with a specific application? The place to start is typically with the application. And with a $500 audio app, there's not likely to be just a lot of folks here using it. Could be, but think you'd have much more luck there. Some of the more common apps that have a host of users, we probably have you covered.

Don't have a clue if repair tool is a part of Reason or not. But, I have not heard of such a thing in OS X.

(Could be soon as I post this someone will come along with an answer for you. But while waiting, might as well give them a shout over there.)
