We are currently staffed appropriately. If the time comes that we may need further help, the current admins and mods get together and decide on who would be the best choice based on many different factors from helpfulness, community participation, and how they'd fit in on the current team.
There is no election process or nominations. We simply evaluate people by their actions in the forums up until the time we make the decision.
