After complete wipe, osx 10.3.7 refuses to install

Hi,
I know this is an old OS but I was doing a spring clean and wiped my powerbook to start afresh (it was acting buggy).

After deleting the hard drive, I went to install from the OSx 10.3.7 disk supplied.

It does not continue past:
"GarageBand20Loops cannot be installed on this computer."
This is the disk supplied with the powerbook and i dont understand why it wont install (Powerbook g4 15 inch, os version 10.3.7)

Is there away to install selected items to get around this or fix this mess I have created.

Did you Erase the drive prior to starting installation?

Yes, it was erased prior to trying to install

Has this occurred to any one else? Bump.

Try doing a custom install and disabling Garage Band
