So I installed Little Snitch a week ago and today all of the sudden up pops mDNSResponder showing different computers that my Mac is connecting to or having some form of communication with. How do i stop it from doing this??
For example it will show
Connection History:
PJ-PC.local
Mr269-PC.local
adam-laptop.local

How can i stop this crap? I have sharing off, what else do i do?

The mDNSResponder is the agent responsible for Apple's Bonjour networking service and protocol. This allows multiple Macs to discover and work seamlessly together on your local network.

To disable the service have a look at this:

Disable Bonjour by turning off mDNSResponder - OS X Daily

Just remember that some network services you may be used to being available will no longer function.
