hi.... iv got a hd thats config`d for pc......how do i convert this to be used as a time mach hd??

my tm hd went **** up and i need a new one but i only have a hd that was used on a pc..


does it need converting??? or messing with??

Time machine needs a mac formatted disk to work

Attach the drive to your mac and use disk utility to reformat it as Mac OS Extended (journaled)

Make sure you get any needed data off it before you reformat
