Hi,
Wondering if I can upgrade to Leopard from Panther on my Mac Mini with a PowerPC G4 processor? If I can what is the cheapest way? Tiger then Leopard or straight to Leopard? I have no idea. Any help appreciated.

Leopard 10.5 (Not Snow Leopard 10.6) will install just fine BUT, you have way to little RAM. 10.5 wants a Minimum of 512Megs. That 1.2Ghz G4 Mini will take a 1GB PC2700 or PC3200 DDR Ram Stick. I would suggest that before you try install 10.5. If you are flat broke, you could go for a 512Meg PC2700 DDR Stick but it will be slow is you open more than a couple of apps.

No, Ram does not work with USB. A USB stick is not ram. RAM has to be on the motherboard. It's not that hard. There is a good video on OWC.
