can't sync photos iPhone to macbook

this was working, I could sync photoes from my 3gs iPhone (3.12) to my MacBook (snow leopard) but recently stopped . it was all done automatically when I connected. photos done by a app other than iTunes

everything seems enabled ok

the fixy:
go to ImageCapture app, with the iphone connected see "connecting this iPhone..." select the application of choice oh say image capture.
