Give the web master a call or send him\her an email and ask them to get their site up to date to accept browsers other than Windows IE.

You'll run across sites like that on occasion. I believe Firefox has an add in that will emulate MS IE, however, I don't know if it will work in OS X. You can give it a try if you like. Go to the FF add in site (link to it from FF) and install from there.

Regards.

If you activate Safaris debug menu with terminal you can get Safari to act as Internet Explorer (at least the webserver will think it is IE.

deconcept Safari’s hidden debug menu

That may work, but really the site should not be specifying a browser that is fast loosing market share

You can install the User Agent add-on in FF and set it to IE6 so that the website will work for you, however if the website uses ASPX and ActiveX controlrs these only work in IE and the website will not really function well..

What god awful credit card company still uses a website that is targeting IE??

I was thinking the same thing. Would make me wonder how up to date their other systems are.

Staples does the same thing. You can order on line with any old browser but you can't get your rebate with just any old browser.

Great thanks User Agent worked a treat!

It's the Post Office here in the UK, a bit behind the times methinks but card for foreign transactions, I only use it abroad.

Thanks for your help!
