how to create PDF files in other size than A4 ?

When I use the regular PDF button in the printer dialogue, and choose save as PDF, it always saves a A4 PDF. I need to be able to create PDF's in B4 and A3 format. How do I do this; or what is the best program to buy ?

What kind of printer? (mfr. & model)

There could be a printer setting that needs to be changed. just a wild guess

It should save to whatever paper size you have selected in the Page Setup box. If you want to change it, change it in Page Setup.
