I stupidly deleted some notes from mail, that were synced from my iphone, so when i synced my phone again they were gone.
I backup to my time capsule regularly so I assume most of them are on there.
can anyone tell me how to get them back?
all i can see is restore mail from the latest backup, but will this replace what is in mail now?
