Safari 1.3 Quits Unexpectedly?

I've installed 10.3.9 and now my Safari completely quits when I hit some Java applets.

I've never had Safari close unexpectedly like this before with 10.3.8, etc. Has anyone experienced this with the updated Safari?

Reinstall that Security Update and it will fix those problems
