Can't Access my TM hardrive through finder or through TM app

I'm trying to access my files from Time Machine, but the drive says I don't have permission to access it. I copied the files from the original TM hard drive it was on to a new hard drive and I am trying to access it from a fresh install of Snow Leopard... Any ideas??

TM does seem to track MAC addresses so it will not track files that are shifted around. Try selecting 'Enter Time Machine' from menu bar - it should bring up window similar to this;
