I change modem connections from dial-up to cable modem all the time..as I was taking the phone line out last night the 2 pieces of plastic that keep the line secured in there broke off! CHEAP!!!! ahh..I called AppleCare and there sending a box to my house right away. From everyday use if pulling in and out it can get that worn down from the middle of January till now?
