Need help with apps

Hi, i am changing my iphone to a different itunes library and im wondering if i sync, will the apps on my phone be deleated? i dont care about music or videos though (thats why i made the new account so i could put other songs)

you should get a message asking if you want to transfer purchases and then you will need to authorize the computer.
