Recharge batt takes so long!

HI, is there a problem? I plug new iPod into computer to update files: that takes 5 minutes. But then it's taking over an hour for battery to recharge all the while connected to computer...boring! And I can't shut the computer off that whole time. Haven't even used 'Pod enough to run battery down.

Long charges

This happens to me too. Once I update I eject it and charge thru the wall outlet it will charge much quicker.

thanks--I tried charging it first and then it updated in 5 minutes and I was able to disconnect it.
