idvd, imovie, iphoto won't launch

Hi everyone. I'm hoping someone can help. All these apps worked until I did a combined OS upgrade (now at 10.5.8). Garagebanda and Safari also quit working, but I was able to fix those. I get the same message everytime I try to open idvd, iphoto or imovie - "idvd quit unexpectedly" and prompts me to ignore, relaunch or reset and relaunch. Eventually I get a prompt to report it to Apple. I'm running iLife '09, but reinstalled an older version and they still won't open. Any ideas?

Try opening a new user account and seeing if the problem occurs there too.

Or do an Archive & Install, that will most likely solve the issue.
