Ok so I have a white macbook about a year old now. I have a Time Capsule from around the same time 500 gb. What I would like to do so that I can do some pc gaming (as Crossover sucks) is to utilise bootcamp to install Windows, and I would of course like to retain all of my data on my current OS X partition, what is the best way to go about this using the Time Capsule, or not, what is the best way? Thank you.
How can I reformat, use bootcamp and retain image?

There is no reformat required. Open the BootCamp Assistant found in your Applications / Utilities folder.
Use the option right there on the first screen to print the directions.
Read through them. I don't believe the directions could have been made any more easy and simple to understand and follow.

Well I screwed up, I clicked to begin the partitioning, then about 10 seconds after I did that thought I should close everything else first and do a restart, now it has partitioned away the 20 gb of my hard drive space but I don't know how to delete that partition... help!!
