Hi,

I am planning to buy a new computer soon so I have a question. Does bus speed really matter? or can a computer with a slower bus speed and more ram still out-perform the other?

Thanks.

Bus-speed definitely does matter, as it improves overall system speed, not only the speed of one component like the CPU.

yes, bus speed also deals with speed of input/output of info and commands.

Bus speed is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! It's how fast the computer can move data in and out of the processor(s).
