I'm a newbie to mac. I faced a problem that my bluetooth is gone. I couldn't find it System preference\ Hardware.
I used to gone and come back and now it was gone completely. I still not sure that the problem is about hardware or software problem. Should I go the the shop to fix it? Or it just about the software problem?
Note that I've installed Snow already
