Homesharing worked fine for a week or so, but now I have a problem.

I'm working with a macbook pro and a vista PC. On each comp, I can see the other's library, but there are no options at the bottom of the screen. I'm referring to the buttons for show entire library/only what's not on my comp, and the actual import button.

Share my entire library is checked on both comps.

Any ideas?

??? - It's not shown on either computer - only the Mac - only the Vista machine?

And you do know it's not going to show that option at the bottom unless you have the other computer selected in the sidebar?

On the mac I can see the PC's library. On the PC I can see the Mac's library. There are, however, no options at the bottom of the screen on either comp.

I've been through all the options but must be missing something.

Didn't find an option to turn that bar on and off anywhere either.

Sounds like Home Sharing is turned off to me and you're just seeing the function of the old shared iTunes library.

On the iTunes menu bar, go to Advanced - do you have the option there to Turn on or Turn off Home Sharing?

Home sharing is turned on on both comps. I even turned it off and then on again on the PC.

That was going to be my suggestion - first time we've seen this issue I think.
