eSata PCIe card

15in MBP 2.5GHz Core2Duo | 1.83Ghz Dual G5 PowerMac | 2.0 GHz Dual G5 PowerMac
I have 2 external hard drives that are currently;y using F800, but have the support for eSata, so i was thinking about getting a PCIe eSata card for my MBP. I was reading that the older PCMCIA slots had a max rate of 130MB/s, does PCIe have a similar speed limit? If so, does anyone recommend or recommend against getting one? If so, which would you recommend?

Do not bother with the eSATA card. First up the only bootable PCIE card for my G5 Dual Core is a Firmtek SeriTek 2SE2 and after purchasing and installing, find out Firewire, even Firewire 400, is faster and is also bootable from an external drive.

Stick with Firewire whilst you have it.
