Spacing problem in MS Word 2008

13" MBP - 2.7 Ghz, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM.
Here's a screenshot of my problem:

There's a spacing gap I can't get rid of between the roman numeral #1 (I.) and the word "Identifications." I need the space eliminated so it looks like:

I. Identifications

I've messed with the margins, but that's as best as I could get it. Any help would be appreciated.

Select all the lines you want to remove the spacing from and then open the Toolbox. In the Formatting Palette, expand the Alignment and Spacing section and change the First: parameter at the bottom until it looks like you want (as you approach 0 the gap will close).
