Probelms with charts in numbers

Hi, I'm doing an assignment for Chemistry and I have to graph a chart time vs distant in numbers. How do I do it??? Please help me

Just insert the time into one row of a table and the distance into the next. Then, with those rows selected, click the charts button in the toolbar and select a style (a line chart sounds like it would be appropriate, but I'm not sure exactly what you're doing). Pages should be able to extract the data you entered and make a chart just like you want. To configure the chart (for example, to add axis labels), open and use the Chart Inspector.
