Hi,

I need major help. :(

1. I installed software upgrade from apple's website. And I had a problem with starting the system, i was getting grey screen.

2. Then I tried to archive and install, which crashed half way through.

3. I am on my 3rd try to archive and install and my second CD is in, and it keeps crashing on the last couple minutes telling me I dont have enough memory.

So, what r my options?

I tried safe boot and it doesnt work. How can i clear some one my memory for it to complete installing?

Thank you!

Not enough memory or not enough hard drive space? The Archive and Install feature needs additional room on the drive to store the old information and to install the new.

If you have an external drive, move things like documents, music, and videos to the external drive to clear up some space on your internal drive.

Regards.
