Psystar

Hi All,

Did Apple and Psystar settle their differences? The Psystar lineup seems great, with perfect mid-range desktop pricing options -- but only if OS X will run properly etc. Are there any issues to know about before buying Psystar hardware?

Nope, the issue is no where near settled, they're in a battle of suits and counter-suits. Legally they are building a Hackintosh and selling it, and these forums don't allow us to discuss OS X running on a Hackintosh, so we'd be of no help to you..

If you are money conscious, and don't own a Mac yet, perhaps you can take a look at the Mac Mini (this is the route I went) and if you already have the keyboard/mouse/monitor from an existing PC then the Mini is a great (legal) addition..
